Amazing people, selection and pricing!
Metro is not a high pressure store. When my salesperson did not know the answer to my question, another salesperson was actually willing to help. A different salesperson actually entertained my kids with coloring books and puzzles while we shopped!! We love our new kitchen and our entire family had a great experience.
You are greeted at the door but not followed around constantly by salespeople. The showroom is massive and clean with a great selection designed so you can look at full kitchens together and also like appliances all together. It makes it easy to compare and see a full picture of what you are buying.
The salespeople are happy to help and very good at what they do. They beat the prices of the other places I had visited and I actually enjoyed shopping here.
Terrible service! Bought a brand new dishwasher, it was broken from the beginning. Had to get it serviced twice, still did not work, requested a new machine as the one they provided was defective, and they would not do this, blamed everyone but themselves for the problem, and then said it would be another 4 days before anyone could come out to look at the dishwasher again. AWFUL SERVICE, do NOT give these fools your money.
I went into Metro Appliances and was greeted very nicely from the front desk. She asked what brought me into today. I told her I needed all new appliances. She got me set up with a very helpful sales person. They were very knowledgeable when I had questions. After I picked out my appliances they gave me an estimate with how much everything would cost. I was very shocked of how quick the appliances could delivered. I will most definitely tell my neighbors about this company.
This service is unbelievable. One thing after another! This is the first bad review I have ever written. It's really sad!!!
Never use Metro Builders Supply! There service is the absolute worst! Brand new washing machine broke, flooding our home and waited a week for a service person to come and tell us they didn't have the part. Will have to order one for who knows how long. I will never buy another thing from them again. It my opinion it does not even deserve one star.
