Metric Motors is the only repair facility I will use. I have been a customer since 1987 and through the years, I have had a number of cars come through their doors for repair. I find that the consultants and technicians are the best in the business. They simply have no equal. Everything is done right the first time and they do not oversell you on repairs which are not needed or warranted. They focus on the problems and fix them. Mike has truly separated himself from the pack by surrounding himself with quality, knowledgable and trustworthy folks who know what they are doing and do it right the first time. They treat customer's cars as if they were working on their car and the service has no equal. In my estimation, they are the one and only repair shop in the Edmond area.

Decided to take my car here based on the glowing reviews found online and their purported specialty in imports. The communication on their part was truly atrocious - they never once called me back when they said they were going to, they didn't indicate that a significant amount of additional work might potentially be required after the first job (replacement of a broken timing belt), and they did not stop work upon discovery of this additional required work. I was forced to pay much more than the car was even worth in the end, as they daisy-chained these repairs together to where I could either pay a large amount and receive a non-functioning car, or pay an exorbitant amount and finally receive what I originally agreed to. Incredible. Next time I'll use something like RepairPal and not be suckered in by this junk.

I recently moved here from Dallas and I needed to find a new repair home for my BMW. I asked for shop recommendations from everyone I could and I kept hearing Metric Motors, so I had to try them. I am very picky about my car and had several bad experiences with Dallas shops, but after talking with Buddy and seeing their facilities I gained confidence. Communication was good, they prioritized the work I needed and told me what I should do now and what I could put off (which was refreshing) and it was even ready on time. On the down side, I had to wait a few days to get in, and one call went to a recording before it was answered. Overall this is a welcome change from the shops I'm used to and I expect to be a longtime customer.
