I am a Property Manager for a beautiful community in East Brunswick and we had Worldwide install a beautiful commercial grade Milliken carpet. The salesman Marty was very knowledgable about commercial versus residential and the installer, Don, did a great job and you cannot find the seam and the pattern match was perfect. I have used Worldwide in another community I managed and had a great experience that time too. I would highly recommend this company for your flooring needs!

I had 176 square feet of :"red oak" hardwood flooring installed in my kitchen to comlement 100 square feet already installed. The sales process was very good but the subcontractor (Omar and Xaviar Orgill of Cipher Flooring, Inc.) were excellent. I watched the entire process from removal of the old carpet through the installation of the new floor. They pulled up the old carget, removed all the staples and nailess border, cleaned the floor and then began the installation after verifying stability and level. . Several cuts had to be made and the install took approximately five hours. The final fit and finish was excellent and I am extremely happy with the product. All of the product was not used and I returned the complete set of unused material to Worldwide who reimbursed me, without question, for the unused material.I will use Worldwide again in the future but definately request the Omar and Xaviar do the install.

The installers tried to shakes us down for cash to remove the existing carpet, which we had already paid for. When we refused and asked them to leave they wouldn't and started doing the job anyway. We had to threaten to call the police, Another crew came later in the week, dinged up our based boards pretty good and installed the carpet, but hey they didn't try to shake us down. Never an apology from the company Unless you are going to have an armed guard with you during the installation go anywhere else.

We purchased a nylon carpet last week. They are a wonderful store to deal with. The only problems are their installers. I would not go back again because they are contracted out and who knows who they send. seaming was very bad.

They ONLY use subcontractors. Its written right on your contract. This is not a good thing. 4 months later- Floor is down but reducer- moldings and other items are not done. They have terrible customer support. Buyer beware - you must keep bugging them or they will forget about you. Also- expect some hidden charges to be brought up later. Stay away from sales person Alex and don't expect a call back from store manager Jim.
