Service department is deplorable. Was charged approximately $800 in uncessary repairs that VW America also said was unjustified after I filed a complaint. I was refused reinbursement with no concrete answer as to why.DO NOT GET YOUR VW SERVICED AT REYDEL!

Great service department, horrible sales department- friendly when you show up, unfriendly when you complete the deal. They make you sign documents that aren't true (such as one that says the salesman instructed you in the features of your car when he did nothing of the sort). Buy your car elsewhere but get it maintained at Reydel. Or just conduct all of your business elsewhere.

I really like the staff at Reydel VW. They are very prompt and courteous. I enjoy my visits to this dealership and I am always treated well.

Not recommended at all. Purchased a used 1999 Acura Integra from Reydel -- approx. 80K miles at time of purchase -- and less than 3K miles later, had to replace a cracked radiator. Mechanic told me that many other items will need to be repaired/replaced (seeping oil pan, rear brakes to name a couple) -- also was told that a motor mount bolt was not tight, and that a catalytic converter shield was being held in place by a hose clamp!! Finally, mechanic told me that the valves did not sound right, and that the timing belt (replaced by Reydel before we purchased the car) did not appear to be installed properly. Contacted the salesman, and (of course) was told that "... none of the items you listed at the time when the car was in our shop was found to be an issue". Hard to believe that this entire list of issues just appeared in less than 3K miles!! I'll definitely avoid using this dealer in the future -- and would recommend that you avoid them also!!
