It offers support, skilled nursing, diagnostic, bereavement and counseling services. Haven Hospice also provides companionship and practical assistance solutions. The organization serves patients in inpatient units, residences, and long-term care and assisted living facilities. In addition, it serves individuals in Middlesex, Union and Somerset counties in New Jersey. The organization administers a children s program that serves the emotional needs of individuals between the ages of 3 and 21. Haven Hospice is managed by the JFK Medical Center.
