I recently had my heating/airconditioning replaced by 'edison heating and cooling'. they replaced my original system from 1964, and all i can say is, "why did i wait so long?" this past summer was wonderful. the power of my air system was amazing. after being told for years that since my house was so old, it would not make a difference if i replaced my system. well let me tell you, it made a very big difference. we were freezin this summer, and right now this winter, my house is 'warm and toasty'. the guys who came out were friendly and professional. they completed the job in one day (and i also got a new water heater), and they cleaned up (even wore booties on their shoes) and explained how to use my system in detail. they were great guys, and i recommend edison heating and cooling to everyone.

It has been 2 weeks since you, together w/ a Carrier representative, visited my home to determine the cause & rectify the problems that we had experienced w/ the Carrier A/C installed in our home on 6/22/11. I am pleased to say that the problems outlined in my letter of 7/22/11 were corrected as a result of your visit. We have not had problems w/ the thermostat since that time. The unit runs quietly & adjusts the temperature according to the settings that we selected. The purchase of the A/C system was a big deal for us. I must say that throughout the period from sale, installation, phone call, & service calls, Edison HVAC personnel were courteous & professional in manner. On all occasions, each person tried to ensure that we would be pleased w/ our purchase. It is indeed unusual in this day & age to be able to say that a company stands by its customers.
