      Be careful while getting an estimate from him. If you don't do the actual work with him, he'll be very mad and threaten you with all sorts of things unless you pay him hefty fee for providing you the "free" estimate. We learned this the hard way when we got the estimate from him for a gas boiler and when we went with someone else for the actual work. It cost us $300 and a lot of stress.
