Great store to shop. Talk to Dan he helped us out with the whole kitchen. If you have steps mention it before the delivery and they will send two men on the truck. We love our new appliances. The delivery men were great.

Derby Appliance in Edison, NJ is very UNRELIABLE! The gentlemen who installed my refrigerator were quite rude. In fact, the older gentleman was actually extremely rude, cursing because he had to bring the fridge up 13 stairs which was a known fact. They damaged the molding on the stairs, and damaged the refrigerator. I WOULD NEVER IN A MILLION YEARS RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE NOR WOULD I EVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN! Horrible Experience and I am shocked they are still in that location, it should be shut down!
