The Breast Center at JFK Medical Center provides a range of screening services, such as mammography, ultrasound and stereotactic biopsy. It provides diagnostic, treatment, counseling and support services. The center also offers bone density testing services for men and women suffering from osteoporosis. In addition, The Breast Center at JFK Medical Center conducts educational outreach programs to promote breast health awareness among people. It has an interdisciplinary team of female technologists, radiologists, counselors and nurses. The center is accredited by the American College of Radiology. The Breast Center at JFK Medical Center is located in Edison, N.J. The JFK Medical Center, an affiliate of The Solaris Health System, is a 500-plus-bed acute care hospital that consists of Anthony M. Yelencsics Community Hospital and JFK Johnson Rehabilitation Institute. The medical center offers general surgery, emergency medicine, mental health, maternity and pediatric care services.
