I went to the shoe store to purchase a pair of shoes for a wedding and the manager there mr. Kenny Virgil helped me and was courteous and very professional. As you know I tried on plenty of shoes and Mr. Virgil was patient with helping me and nowadays you don't come in contact with too many places of business where there is good customer service and I wanted to let you know that I will continue to come to the store to receive the professionalism that I received from Mr. Virgil.

I purchased a pair of dress shoes and a pair of sneakers. Neither one fit comfortably. They are both to tight in the toe bed. I tried to tell them I needed wider but the lady insisted this was the right size for me. The gentlemen stretched the dress shoes for two days and I still can't wear them. The receipt says no returns if you wear them, how do you know they don't fit unless you wear them. I will NEVERY SHOP THERE AGAIN.
