So we were on the road with our motorhome when we started having battery problems. Edmundson was the closest rv dealer at 1 mile away. They got us into service right away, replaced our worn out 4 house batteries, and we were on our way in about 5 hours. While the repairs were being done, we were at a local mall close by, but could not find transportation back to the dealer when the work was completed, so Cathy came and picked us up. Ian in service was very polite and communicated everything to us in a timely manor. Finally, when we picked up our coach, Dave in parts came out and gave us a 20 min primer on correctly using our inverter with the new battery pack. I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with the expert service and help I received from Edmundson RV. - HB
