I have been a patient at Edinburg Vision Center for over 10yrs...Since glaucoma runs so high in my family...Dr.Navarro and his staff ran about 7 different exams..i was really pleased with all the high tech. equipment......All the staff was very friendly and welcoming....Since i've wanted to try contact lenses i knew i was in for a challenge....Gloria, was so helpful and cheer me on as i failed time after time....She never gave up on me....Even when my contact went down the bathroom drain! She kept me informed and helped me giving me advice on how to apply and remove the contacts......I felt I was a bother and she just kept reasuring me i would be fine....I felt i was keeping her away from her family since she stayed at the office way after the office closed! After almost a month Gloria continues to "Cheer" me on NEVER giving up on me....I feel comfortable being at EVC and knowing I'm in Good Hands....Thanks, DR.NAVARRO...AND TO GLORIA FOR CHEERING ME ON TO THE FINISH LINE ..I MADE IT!!

My 2 young boys and I been a patient at EVC for over 5 years now. My experience with the staff and Doctors have been outstanding. Gloria who works with the contact lens has offered nothing but the best customer service I could ever ask for. The doctors are extremely bright in their field. I'm happy to report that all 3 of us have superior vision with the contact lenses that Dr. Garza and Gloria have recommended. Thank you EVC for such GREAT customer service!
