I have been coming to this office for over 3 years along with my children, I am extremely happy with the service from start to finish.
This year of course due to Covid regulations we expected longer wait times and to my surprise they did call us in to be seen at our appt time. Thank you all so very much for your undivided attention and care.

I began going to this doctor's office in late 2013. After the first evaluation, I was provided an accurate glass prescription, but waited months as I received sample after sample of different contacts from. I eventually became impatient and let them know, but they told me that there were only three brands left on the list of samples and that none so far had fit me appropriately. A week passed by and a new sample arrives, I tried them on and loved them. Had they given in to my impatience I might have never known that brand existed. However, when I tried to order online, the prescription wouldn't show. I even spoke with an employee at the Walmart Eye Center and tried to order there, but was also told that that prescription did not exist. Months later I mentioned this to the receptionist and she told me it should exist or had to be special ordered. Later that day I checked and it turns out that there were other sites that DID sell it. Took me 2 years to find out. Sorry for blaming you.

This doctor doesn't know what she's doing. She said I have an astigmatism and I do not. I got examined for both contacts and glasses. The contacts prescription was correct but not the glasses. When I received them about 2 weeks later because they had to be special ordered. They started out fine but then after a few days past I started with a migraine like headache and a horrible nauseous feeling. I thought that the optical had made my glasses incorrectly but as it turned out the doctor was wrong. She didn't even apologize. Totally unprofessional and disrespectful. She didn't even explain what was wrong she just re-examined me and gave me a new prescription. I will never return with Dr. Brito ever again. If I could rate her a 0 star I would. Very bad experience. I don't recommend her.
