I recently had A/C service repairs done on my system and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of service and the knowledge of the Tech. He displayed true professionalism. Thanks for the good work.
The technician came to my mom’s house and was very thorough with his inspection of the unit. He cleaned and washed the unit. When he left the unit was functioning but then stopped running (outside) but we put a call in and he was back in no time and made sure to make it run back up. There was a suspected Freon leak and Cytech made sure to call up for the recheck follow up in two weeks. Everyone is always so willing to work with my mom’s schedule and they make sure to send technicians that can communicate with my mom.
