I don't know how their actual service is since they canceled our appointments. For our first appointment, they wanted to come 90 minutes early. We weren't able to accommodate, so they rescheduled us - then canceled again. It seems that they are willing to schedule a simple cleaning only until a bigger job comes along. We took time off work twice to be home for the appointment, and twice wasted an afternoon. We're calling someone else now.
