I was very disappointed because the salesman was called away from me twice. I was going to pay cash for a couch. But after the lady pulled him away for the second time, I felt insulted and walked out.

Great buying experience. NO PRESSURE sales people. And a better price that I could find in Albuquerque, for the same mattress. I have been told by every dealer in Albuquerque that Tempurpedic sets the prices and the dealers can not change them. Well, each of the same dealers offered to sell me a mattress only (I have a platform bed) for a ONLY $200 less that the full set price. In Edgewood the lady pulled out a Tempurpedic price sheet and quoted me the same price as all the others for a set and then the real price for a mattress only, direct from Tempurpedic's paperwork... a signifigant difference from the dealers in Albuquerque.I felt comfortable here, and appreciate honest sales. I will be back for other purchases...
