I feel you should improve your security due to the fact you have a Kohls employee leaving the property to come in your property for approximately 2-3 hours. Apparently your having an issue with one of your employees too. It seems preventive measures are not being taken because its been happening for approximately a year. Maybe cameras and better lighting.
