Drive thru experience horrible the older gentleman rude, slow & can't understand simple requests without getting angry. Even the female employee behind him made a Can't believe what he said face. Would not recommend this Wendys

Went through the drive thru and ordered a junior bacon cheeseburger and a small fry. At the window, I asked the young man for ketsup. He repeated my request and I acknowledged, yes I would like some ketsup. Needless to say, when I got home, I had no ketsup but I did get a straw even thorugh I didn't order a drink. The receipt I got was for an iced tea which I didn't get and the phone number rings to a fax machine! Young people today don't seem to have any work ethic, period! How hard is it to put a packet of ketsup in a bag? There was no one behind me, so it wasn't like it was busy. Sad state of affairs I'd say.

Wendy's in edgewood I visit at least twice a week and every visit is a nightmare it always sounds like kids playing on the intercom, and my food is always cook and reheated never fresh. I call to complain no answer. If you want fresh food all the time visit the Hebron location.
