5 Star Outstanding Doctor! I was referred to Dr. Bonny Mitchell by Dr. Eric Marcalus, who also is outstanding. I have been to Dr. Mitchell at least 6 times in the past year and I will tell you that she and her entire staff are outstanding! You DO NOT feel rushed as is the case with most doctors. You know that she cares and truly listens as she will ask you about specifics from previous visits to ensure all is well! She also personally will call you the following day for your feedback on the procedures she did to ensure you are not in pain or otherwise have an issue! Who else does that? I have had one of her hygienist named Madonna do my daughter's cleaning as well as mine and I can tell you that she too is gentle and fantastic as are ALL her staff including the front office staff. Five stars pales beside what Dr. Bonnie SHOULD receive for her great practice. Why ? She really knows what she's doing. She's very gentle. She hires people who are knowledgeable and gentle on the mouth. She truly cares about each and every patient. This is obvious. Whenever I have had anything procedure done by her other than a routine cleaning and examination she calls me up later to make sure I'm feeling OK. With most doctors that I know, as soon as I leave the office, they've forgotten who I am.
