      If I could submit zero stars, I would. Botched alterations, mixed up shirts, and now another beautiful Polo shirt that was ruined by bleach stains. Not to mention, the way the shirts are ironed and folded is atrocious. Pressed in wrinkles everywhere, "crushed" collars, uneven buttoning. Awful!
