Troy is very rude

The lady that was working seemed nice and helpful when the pump wouldn't give me gas. I went out and only put $7.50 in because the gas was close to $3.50 and I remember saying, "this car is only getting a little gas because I know I can get a better price down the road." I was running on fumes and desperate. anyway I am home today looking through my bank account and clearly seeing that I paid $26.00 for the gas from yesterday. I tried to call twice and it rang till it seemed like I got hung up on. That is why I am contacting the main Shell office. I hope to get something out of the time and effort I am spending.
