My wife and I were going to get married and have our reception at the Florian Gardens. We paid our 850 dollar deposit and then I found out I was deploying to Iraq. I called them three months prior to leaving the country to see if he would give us our deposit back, and he wouldn't! He did say he would credit the deposit amount to us to use at his facility with in the next two years, so when I got home after a year in Iraq, I tried to use it for a small gathering of family members after our daughters baptism. He told me that it would cost him more than 850 dollars to pay his employees and that I needed to spend more money if I wanted to have a baptism gathering at his facility. In summary my family, on a military income is out 850 dollars because I got called up to serve my, our, country. 850 dollars probably isnt a lot of money to a successful business owner but means a great deal to a military family on a military income. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemies!
