Andy has been my nail tech for 6 years now STRAIGHT! Love coming to the salon and seeing everyone! Always freindly faces and smiles all over!! Everyone is greeted with a smile and simple directions! Coming here is always the highlight of my week! Definetly my favorite salon in the Eau Claire area!

My experience here was also horrible! They were in a big rush, didn't care about what they were doing, and besides hurting my toes I have a bad infection in one of my nail beds. Never going back!!!!!

I had a pedicure done here yesterday and it was horrible. My toe nails turned out pretty, but the whole experience was terrible. The ladies were extremely rude and unprofessional. It was as if I was inconveniencing them. The lady I had hurt my toes - really hurt! A pedicure should be relaxing - this took me out of my chair!! I'll never go back - very snotty staff and I didn't like that they gossiped about the clients when they left. Bad experience - don't waste your time or money there.

i got a manicure and pedicure, the service is slow and they asked me to take my old nail polish off. when i left my nails where still wet and they got ruined! it also only lasted 2 days. also couldn't under stand the employees.

I had a Chinese man do my nails, who I couldn't understand. He proceeded to tell me what I wanted, not the other way around. I may be high maintains, so I know what I want. Keep in mind this was for my wedding and my nails needed to be perfect. I wanted a natural look, so I wanted the clear nails, not the American manicure tips!! That’s when the problems started. Then once he had the nails on, I wanted them short. So he cut them and then filed them and I said I wanted them shorter still, which I didn’t think was that big of a request, apparently it was. Not only was he hard to understand, but was also wearing a mask!! So my frustrations continued because it was his wife I believe who did my pedicure!!! I had a half pedicure, because I think they were trying to get me out of the salon. So my pedicure sucked, she didn’t even put clear coat on my toes. I was happy with the way my nails looked. I knew what I want, and when you are paying someone for a service, they should do what the customer is asking for!!!!
