I had my wisdom teeth removed in Rice Lake and unfortunately I ended up getting a dry socket and went to the main office in Eau Claire to have it checked out by Dr. Mark Biolo. Not only was I in pain to begin with, but I was trying to keep myself calm because dentists have always scared me. I apologized to him in the beginning and let him know that this was my biggest fear. This procedure was one of the most painful experiences of my LIFE! I think it was COMPLETELY reasonable for me to cry during the procedure. Dr. Biolo told me I should stop crying because, "I was making this worse than it needed to be." I wish I could remember the exact words he also used that day, but I have never been treated so poorly by a professional. The nurse apologized on his behalf afterwards and reassured me that he wasn't the one in the chair. This was the worst experience of my life and it's doctors like him that scare me from going in the first place. I do NOT recommend him.
