Chippewa Valley Energy uses a computer-based program called Scheduled Delivery. The program calculates when your next propane delivery should be made according to the weather and past consumption. You can expect a propane delivery when your tank is between 20%-30% full. We recommend that you get in the habit of checking your tank occasionally as usage fluctuates. If your tank level shows 30% or less, please contact us to schedule a propane delivery. In addition, if you add appliances,you should notify the office to make sure we update your consumption pattern and schedule a safety check.
