A Spanish speaking worker's comp patient with amputated finger tip received outstanding care by therapist, Pam, who performed beyond expectations. I was translator for patient although Pam holds her own with Spanish. She devoted attention to healing of wound by assuring it was cleaned and drained properly , bandaging to protect and provide continued healing and exercises to obtain maximum mobility. Pam was very encouraging and patient felt treatment received by her was nursing him more than his physician and gave him more confidence in his recovery.
