Bad customer service and the staff seems clueless. They replaced my phone assuring I would not get charged for it. Then Verizon was charging me $300 for the phone. When I went to the store they told me it was not their problem when they were at fault for not providing accurate information. After 4 months of battling with Verizon, they finally credited me for the charge. DO NOT go to this store if you want to about headaches!!!!
