Ever since we moved to Eastpointe, we can not get whatever postal carrier we have that day to pick up our outgoing mail. We have put it in the mailbox with it sticking out, we have left notes, for larger packages, we have put them on a pedestal under the box with yet another note. They leave ALL of our outgoing mail sitting on our porch as if they had not seen it, including putting the incoming mail right on top of it! The ONLY time they pick up the outgoing mail is if we request a Carrier Pick Up off USPS website. Even then a few times they have left it! They marked down that there was no package to pick up, even though it was sitting right there on the porch, under or in the mailbox, and we received other mail. The Eastpointe delivery people are LAZY. Lots of people around here out of work, why not give someone who is a hard worker and knows how to do something as simple as pick up outgoing mail a job and then fire these employees???

I love all the people here with the exception of one lady whom I avoid at all cost. Otherwise I have found them to be very helpful with anything I need. Brenda and Linda are two of the nicest and most helpful employees at this location. I would also like to say that Henry who delivers my mail is very nice. He never walks on my grass and treats everyone kindly.

What a great bunch of hard workers,I live in Roseville our branch is quite busy,but I enjoy the staff very much each time I visit this branch. PS Roseville staff are great too Jackie is always a joy to see.
