Horrible! Booked a hot stone massage with a mani/pedi because I got a gift card for that package. When I got there, no one told me to go pick a polish so the girl who did my nails looked at me like I was an idiot when I didn't have one after sitting at her station. I could have done a better job on my nails, nothing extra was done-just pushed cuticles back and slapped on the paint. Then, I told them I also had the massage booked but they argued that I didn't because the girl that does that service was not in that day! So, I drove half an hour to get there thinking I'd have everything done that day just to be told rudely that I couldn't. I would never recommend this place to anyone I cared about.
