Great place to live. Don't break the lease that YOU SIGNED and you wont have a problem.

The management and owners are very crafty in trying to steal tenants' security deposit. They did not return the interest on my security deposit until I threatened to go to court. Even after the returned the interest, they still refuse to give me statement of the interest for over seven years. They came up with all kind of dubious claims, in other not to return our security deposit. I will not let them steal from me as I will fight them legally and in the press, to get all my money to the last penny. I encourage other former tenants to write reviews on this old person home that is not family and young people friendly, with non-professional and poorly trained staff that never answered phones. For current tenants, I advice you to get a signed report from the management that you are leaving the apartment in good condition. Take pictures of the carpet, the bathroom, kitchen, and the entire apartment; do not pay your last month rent, so that they can apply your security deposit towards that, guaranteeing that you get back your money and the interest.
