The Career Institute of Technology offers occupational, professional and academic skills and is located in Easton, Pa. Its ambassador training workshop teaches students how to represent their schools and interact with business professionals. Its business card exchange activity includes representatives from local businesses meet and discusses career and technical education with the students. Its Tech Tykes is an open concept educational day care center offered in cooperation with the occupational child care program. It also offers developmentally appropriate activities, such as art and music, stories and games, reading and math readiness, challenging interest centers, outdoor play space, snacks and lunch and computer literacy. Its adult day care services is a daytime program that provides continuous supervision and support services for the senior citizens. Its therapeutic services include modified exercise programs, recreational and music therapies, intergenerational program, community involvement, relaxation training, health monitoring, personal care services and socialization.
