This company sent out one (1) IT Manager to my practice to fix a printer problem with one of our PA computers, a phone line problem with our fax, and a computer that would not start up. He fixed all of our problems in less than on hour and identified other potential problems with our computer setup and gave me recommendations. thanks for all your help! jt

Out here in Hurlock, MD we don't have many computer companies who are as diverse as Pinnacle. They were able to replace our old phone system with a new system that meets our business needs and everything just worked on Monday morning and I did not have to worry about the phone lines, busy signals, or angry customers. Wow, what can I say about Pinnacle Innovations, they are unbelievable they actually presented us with a plan and options to meet our budget while identifying our existing problems in a Project Charter Docucument that included a network diagram of the to-be-senario where they executed everything beautifully.
