I live in the Valley Apartments along Northampton Road.

The management company will often drag their feet for weeks before fixing repairs and when they finally come do a poor job. If you complain about their poor workmanship they have the audacity to try to -Charge- you for fixing it after they "fixed" it the first time.

Also it's in a very poor location along the highway so it's not the greatest place if you have kids or enjoy walking. Furthermore there is a farm very close by so expect to smell manure occasionally and it's also less than 3 miles away from the Hampshire County Jail!! So if you don't mind living in those conditions then it's a great place!
