      Inexperienced and too expensive!! Boy had arrogant attitude, and I still had the problem when he finished. Also took too long to work on computer (1 week-took my computer with him!), and the same problem still existed. Would NOT recommend!! Go with a company you've heard of before, at least there's customer service!
