Really have fixed the place up over the years, however this is the worst company to work for. I have never worked for them and I don't plan on it ever, I know some people that currently work there and they are making close to minimum wage even after being employed there for over 15 years. This is not a way to treat your employees, make them feel appreciated and give them raises.

December 1, 2013 the facility management changed from Ridgeline to Continuum Associates, Inc. and the changes/improvements have been quite remarkable. You really need to check it out.

Not only the view. I have come to trust the staff at East Wenatchee Assisted Living. They are a great bunch of people. They get it right and provide a wonderful place to live. I would recommend them to anyone. In fact, I have clients that are currently staying at EWAL. Sure the building is older, but its clean, safe and the staff are wonderful. Its nice to work with the same people. Not like other properties where they change all the time. The staff enjoys working at EWAL, so they stay. Go see for yourself.

Love the location, view and Staff ! As the old saying goes - "Do you want chandeliers or wonderful care ? Nice, older place - and the support and assistance my Mom gets is such a huge relief for our family. We found this assisted living facility through the website; They were very helpful with my Mom's concerns and needs. We would highly recommend !

With a million dollar view, the location is great! The building itself is older and in need of some upgrades, however, don't let that be your deciding factor on choosing this facility. The care staff are exceptional and strive to make their residents feel at home. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. Their are many activities for people who reside here including shopping trips, bingo, daily exercise, bible study, movies. There are frequent visits from singing groups and even animal visits! With the new management, they have made a lot of changes in the way the kitchen is run and the food that is being served. Residents are given many choices at all meals and the food is made fresh daily and to order. My dad is happier here than he was in a "fancier" place. The staff is down to earth. The building might be old but the love inside those walls is revolutionary.

The place needs a lot of work,most of the staff is friendly.The activity's the have are terrible the have nothing to do in the evenings and same thing on the weekends.The Activity director doesn't seem to care she says all I have to do is have three activity's a week,I don't call a fifteen minute exercise a activity or sit and talk with some of the residents a activity. They have no entertainment for these poor residents.The food is NOT HOME COOKED as they say it ALL comes from a box or package nothing is really cooked. The housekeeping is no good go into a residents room and look around, the laundry is dump everything into the washer and put in soap, no sorting of colors or whites.

While this assisted living facility is older, and could use a bit of updating, we found the care to be exceptional, and the staff to really treat the residents like family. It's right across the street from the shopping center too ! Food was great (they gave us lunch while there). My Mom is very happy living here.

The place needs a lot of work first thing get a new Administrator,Nurse and cook and the housekeeping is a joke also.
