They were supposed to deliver and install a new microwave. The two workmen brought the microwave in but without even opening the box, said they couldn't install it because it had a vent- (all microwaves have a vent). They called their office and then left without telling us what to do. The paper they left did not even have their address on it. It took a while to track down exactly who they are. I had to call the insurance company back to have them locate another installer.
