My husband purchased my engagement ring at Adams 3 years ago. This year I lost my $18,000 dollar ring. Needless to say these incredible jewelers assisted us in rebuilding my beautiful ring. Not only were they patient with the immense paperwork and followed through with each step by emailing me pictures of the entire process but they created my ring from scratch in a timely manner. I will return here for any and all my jewelry purposes. Thank you Miriam for ALL your help, professionalism and kindness!!
POOR QUALITY! I would give them NO stars if I could! My fiance spent nearly $4,500 on my engagement ring which is suppose to last a lifetime right?!?! WRONG not if you buy from Adam's! Three months after he purchased the ring, diamonds started falling out. They replaced my ring with a new setting. 6 weeks after that, diamonds started falling out! They initially agreed to do a refund then quickly recanted that offer. So here we sit less than a year engaged and only 4 months until the wedding, on our second ring and over 7+ side diamonds fell out all together for both rings! And to top things off they blame me, the wearer for living an active life. BAHAHA I have a desk job, I mean how active is that! Needless to say we are getting an attorney and reaching out to government agencies to report them! Don't say I didn't warn you!
I sold my gold necklase and matching bracelet to them for cash and a month later I saw an employee from adams jewelry at my job, not knowing that i sold my jewelry to them I asked her how much that cost for the necklace she was wearing and she said "gold is expensive now this is $500" and they only gave me $350 for the necklase and matching bracelet, I'm so disappointed that there are such horrible people like them out there that like to rip off innocent people that need to pay bills and support themselves. No wonder they have so many stores, it's so that they can rip off so many people.
