Do not even bother calling this guy! Equate him to a used car salesman, knowledgeable about his trade and uses it to his advantage to thoroughly try to rip you off. Starting from the sales pitch he will try to get you to buy extras you don't need and pay a huge premium. Then once the contract is signed he will use every opportunity to extract every last penny in extras. Can't blame him I guess, the nice showroom adds a lot of overhead. You have been warned.

Poor Service and Owner Lied

We had this co. clean and take pictures of our chimney/fireplace in Sept. We waited 2 months for the report, didn't get one, went there in person in Nov. and were told that everything looked good and that we could use the fireplace. We used the fireplace all winter long. In July, we received a report stating that we should NOT have used our fireplace. Again we went down and demanded the pictures. They didn't have any... they had lost them and just wrote a report based on visual inspection. I told them they needed to come back out and do a complimentary video check again. It took another 3 weeks and multiple phone calls until they got back to us and did the video inspection. I will not EVER refer them to anyone!! BE VERY CAREFUL!!

A THREE DAY JOB TOOK THREE WEEKS. Job leaks. does not return calls. Does not stand behind work.
