Also the refrigerant leak is behind my front bumper and the part custom import performance replaced was near the firewall (towards windshield) the right part the dealership replaced was inside the car under the dashboard. Also do not order parts from them . They buy defective parts from their suppliers and sell to you at a slightly less price than msrp but still high enough they pocket the difference. Bought some carbon fiber parts from them once and the parts had imperfections on it like the clear coat was damaged slightly during production of the part. It's like going to a clothing store and buying defective merchandise at full retail. STAY AWAY

I walked in the shop with my muffler that had fallen off the night before. I spoke to the welder who said he may be able to fix it and charge me for only the hour where as Midas and Meineke wanted to replace from the pipe to the muffler and charge me at least 3X what Custom imports wanted. The welder fixed the problem and had it done the same day at an extremely reasonable price. I worked with Chris and Dan at the front desk and was so pleased with their customer service and will bring my car back here when needed.

I haven't been there in a while, but I have taken cougar there & never had any problems at all. Chris stated above they stand behind there work. All I know is when his specialist finishing a job, Chris himself checks it b4 it leaves the shop. I will be bringing my new car to Chris, when I find something I need done & the money. Ralph- Silver Cougar-now it's something different.

A very recent experience has left me out of a considerable amount of money, well over what I was quoted for the job. I drove my car three times since they "worked" on it and it is in need of repair again. To make matters worse the repair is directly related to the work they did and they will not stand good for it. The lot they keep the cars in is UNSECURED. If you need an oil change, they can handle it. If you want performance work done, take the care elsewhere. You will be glad you did.

This place is amazing...very deceiving from the outside....very upscale and high class...first rate service on my Bentley, just like I am used to back home in Miami.Did I mention this was the only place in the entire local phone book that was willing to even service my car...a couple shops did not even know what a Bentley was...this was clearly not their first one.I was in and out fast...they bent over backwards for me dropping my wife and I dropping us off and picking us up from a local restaurant while they worked on my car....I even found a Business Logoed Air Freshner and Bottle of water in my car when it was done...I have never had anyone leave a bottle of water before...nice touch!I would trust them with any one of my 5 vehicles.Did I mention they do it all...from Mechanical to Autobody to Tires to Car Audio and Video, Detailing and Window Tint....all sorts of Custom and Performance work to boot....Chris and his staff get a BIG Thumbs up from my wife and I.John G
