Man these guys were on top of things.

About three weeks ago my truck got side swiped and my mirror was smashed. When I first went in I didn't expect they'd have exactly what I was looking for better t after only a few minutes of checking they had it for me.

Our first interaction was pretty standard and I was happy with experience.

The reason I am writing this review is that about a week ago my same mirror got swiped and smashed.

Not only ere they the only guys open on Monday, they remembered me and had the piece waiting for me when I went in.

Don't tell me to come meet you at a certain time then almost 2 hours later show up without even a phone call to me saying you were running behind. This messed up my entire day off! Have some customer service skills please!

Scrapped my oldsmobile with them. Icalled every scraper in the Roc, and they had the best price by like $40. Towed it outa my driveway for FREE that day, and best of all they PAID ME CASH MONEY!!!

Need someone on the phone for incoming calls. Had been so hard to get a hold of this company. I repair cars all the time.
