I walked in there to visit a family member, and it broke my heart. They needed help, but had to wait. Many of the patients were calling for help, and the employees just walk away. I know there is other work to do, but maybe they just need more employees. If anything, they should hire a few per diems for when there are call outs. The patients need better care, and they certainly pay for it. Most of the employees were pleasant, with the exception of a couple of them that had poor customer service. There is no reason to be rude to people that just want their family member to be safe and comfortable. Sometimes I have a bad day at work too, but I still have to treat every customer in the same courteous manner, and greet them with a smile.
