Founded in 1997, it organizes various sports activities, including softball, baseball, volleyball, soccer, and track and field. The center also conducts regional, state and national events. The EastSide Centre has a fitness facility that features a range of exercise equipment, as well as specializes in dance and martial arts classes for children and adults. In addition, it features a gymnasium and outdoor basketball courts. The center hosts tournament for several organizations, including the National Softball Association and the Illinois Elementary School Association.
