They do not do the work the say they perform. I brought my bike in for a WINTER SPECIAL tune-up. None of the alleged work was done,when my brake cable broke, another bike shop confirmed the poor workmanship. I was ripped-off !

Great service! It is so nice to actually have a bicycle shop that knows what they are doing. I went in not knowing what type of bicycle I needed. Not only was there a nice selection, but I was able to take the bike out for a test drive to make sure I was comfortable!! Kudos on making me feel right at home!! Keep up the good work!

THIS BIKE SHOP SOLD ME A BIKE LAST YEAR PROMISING THAT THE FIRST TUNE UP WOULD BE FREE OF CHARGE. GUESS WHAT - DIDN'T HAPPEN. HAD TO PAY A SUPRISING $55.00 CHARGE!! NO NOTICES ARE SENT TO REMIND WHEN THE YEAR IS UP AND THE RECEIPT HAS THE WRONG MONTH DATE. REPORTED TO BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.
