RICCA, The Rock Island County Council on Addictions, has provided services to the greater Quad City area, state of Illinois, and surrounding states for over 50 years. Our services are geared to assist people with alcohol and drug problems, those with anger management problems, those with DUI Issues, and adolescents who have begun to have problems because of alcohol and drugs. We also have a prevention department that goes into schools in a five county area and provides prevention services to students in those locations. Our Mission Statement: Dignity, self respect, and the potential to achieve is every person's right. The family is the most important nurturing, teaching, and supporting element in its treatment and prevention programs.
