The best sushi and spring rolls I have ever had. The atmosphere is lovely, and the service is exceptional!

Boyfriend and I went here for Christmas Eve dinner and were blown away by not only the food but also the ambience and the outstanding service. Our server made excellent suggestions regarding saki, rice beer, and appetizers. I was a little apprehensive about eating sushi in the mid west in general, but quickly realized this place has Alot to offer. We tried both sushi and sushimi. Everything was fresh and delicious. Portion sizes were perfect. It wasn't cheap, two beers, a nice bottle of saki, 4 pieces of sushi, 2 pieces of sushimi came to nearly $80, but we both felt every penny was well worth it.

Best sushi in the local area. Very beautifully presented, servers are very knowledgeable about available items on the menu to avoid food restrictions. We highly recommend the Sansu creation, Fusion Roll.

The sushi (I'm told) is extremely good. I'm not a sushi person, but friends and family are, an we are regularly at SanSu as a result. They have a great selection of non-sushi items on the menu that are well worth the trip. So if you're looking for a great place to go for sushi, and especially if you are going to be dining with a non-sushi person, too, then SanSu is the place to go!

Best sushi in town. I have been going to Sansu since they have opened six years ago and after the move it's still packed. They have the best and freshest sushi. Great selection of sakes and Japanese beers to go along with the well thought out menu! Can't go wrong, but make reservations, waits can be long, but worth the wait. Ambience is classy, with real bar and private rooms and sit down style decks. Try it, it's a winner.
