Ai Fusion combines the best of Korean, Japanese, and Western styles to offer you a dining experience unlike any other. We have a large sushi bar, plenty of seating and private dadami rooms. Ai Fusion caters to many occasions. Lunch is available Monday through Friday 11:30 AM to 4:00 PM. We have a fully stocked bar with signature cocktails, extensive sake and wine choices, as well as import, domestic and craft beers. Reservations are available on the half hour for parties of 4 or more, with an hour or more notice. Excellent sushi and some really tasty asian fusion dishes. Very good drinks, too! Service can be a bit slow sometimes, but they're relatively new and it seems like they're still gettin' their sea legs, so to speak. It is usually possible to get in without a wait on Fri/Sat, when the main competitor SanSu is booked up. Coupons and 25% off nights make AIFusion even more appealing during these tough economic times. Even though AI is owned by Ukai, the sushi at AI is much better than that at the Ukai restaurants.
not a big sushi girl but loved my food off the grill- i'd definatly go back
