We are a business on Park Ave and our mail is to be delivered in the mornings. Whenever the lady does the mail she spends more time texting and talking on her phone than delivering the mail. Yesterday must have been her day because we didn't get any mail. When the gentlemen delivers the mail its like clockwork. He is here everyday no later than 10 am. They need to fire the lady as she is not doing her job. It is ridiculous that we can't get our mail when we are supposed to. We have checks and bills that we receive on a daily basis that we haven't gotten now in 2 days. No one at the post office answers the phone so you can't call to complain.

Mail service delivery has greatly declined in our area - Burnside Ave. Our dliveries have been as late as 6:30pm. Since it's dark at that time the carrier can't tell if you've left anything for pickup or not. I had two item's to be picked up and he only had one and we were unable to lacate the other. A good part of the time we mail on the ground by the mail box. I've lived here over 40 years and have never see such poor service.
