      With his humble beginnings as a Manager of Training and Content Development at Exploria SPS, Richard McCaulsky-Clarke began his career the same as most Flash developers, utilizing his skills as a designer, to then migrate into programming. Learning as much as he could from his mentor Richie Bavasso, Richard gained momentum in his field fairly quickly, where he then turned his attention to venturing off into his own business.Armed with his drive and taste for achievement, Richard created a small design shop called Top Level graphics. Established in 2004, Top Level Graphics is set to quickly become an elite competitor in the Pharmaceutical interactive space. Armed with the extensive knowledge of such applications as EXPLORIA SPS, FLEX, and FLASH, DREAMWEAVER, PHOTOSHOP and a cache of other authoring tools, Richard has already set himself aside from the pack with demonstrated excellence in content development working on major brands such as Toviaz, Geodon, Aricept, Premarin, Sutent, Cellcept and Aromasin and more totaling 11. In 2009, with a team of 13, Richard lead them to become a driving force in creating Tablet PC applications for use in the Pharmaceutical space for the Largest Pharmaceutical company in NYC generating over $8.5 Million dollars in 2009 alone, developing what is now the premier Tablet Closed Loop Marketing tool. Richard McCaulsky-Clarke has made a name for himself by becoming the industry expert on development tactics as it pertains to the Exploria application.
