I have seen many doctor's in my years. I can say this I have the best one.. She is a very caring doctor the best. Thank you Dr. Alona Kantorovich.

I've been to this clinic a few times. Had a couple good and bad, but the experience I had the other day was the worst treatment i have ever received from any health care provider in my life.

After waiting a long time "DR" Kantorovich decided to see me.

Instead of being polite she just looked at me and was like "Okay what do you want?" very bluntly. So i began to explain the main reason i was there. I have a huge, and uncomfortable strange dent in my thigh along with a couple other issues.

She touches the dent and basically tells me it's nothing. She asks me a very strange question about my weight, but doesn't ask me anything about my symptoms or what I was doing when the dent appeared. Then rudely asked me why i was even showing it to her. She acted confused as to why a patient would want an anomaly checked.

I told her because it felt strange and i wanted to make sure that it wasn't a sign of some other ailment. The whole time I'm explaining this she is staring daggers at me and pursing her lips like she thinks I'm some low-life.

I take her word, and move onto the next issue. I tell her i feel some asymmetry or an imbalance in my lower body.
i explain it's been that way for a while and it interferes with my daily life. Again while staring at me like i disgust her she tells me to walk out into the hall.
I'm thinking maybe she want to take measurements or do some kind of test. Instead she tells me to take a few steps down the hall and then declares that I am 100% fine.

I may not be a doctor but that is not how you diagnose asymmetry or an imbalance. For all she knows it could be nerve damage. when i question her "diagnosis" she continues to be short with me and says "I saw you walk you're fine."

I'm not fine. I'm in pain and i can feel something is wrong...

She has no clue what she was doing but worst of all she made me feel like a terrible person who didn't deserve consideration or treatment. I never even got to tell her all my symptoms. It was like she had diagnosed me before even walking in the room. I don't know if she was having a bad day but i find her behavior utterly reprehensible an her treatment was comical AT BEST. SEE ANYONE BUT HER!

I honestly have a hard time believing she has a medical license. Worst doctor EVER.

I could elaborate more on how terrible she was but i think i should try to keep it short.
It makes me sick this is the kind of "health care" poor people have to put up with on a regular basis. This lady takes the cake though.

If i could do less then one star I would. This clinic is so unprofessional the staff and the doctor. Staff makes appts for testing but doesn't get prior approval from insurance. After numerous phone calls to office being told "you will get a call back" I have never received a call from anyone. Dr. Kryspin told me "so your in pain what do you want me to do?" Alls I am trying to do is get an mri so I can go to pain management and get a shot but can't get test to even get into pain management. So here I sit in pain for second week now and still no request for approval put into either insurance. DON'T GO TO THIS CLINIC. THEY ARE UNCARING AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

I asked for the name of a good back doctor and received no call back.

I always have a little bit of a problem with the front desk staff. Not very warm.Nothing there will change.

I take my daughter there for pediatrics and the service is Excellent!!!

Their best doc is worth waiting for. I would highly recommend Dr. Ratchford. She is patient, soft spoken and puts the kids at ease. Her diagnosis are usually right on ! Follow ups are made easy. Go get your health back.

This was the worst experience I have had at a doctors office. The staff are especially rude and nasty. I went three times and each time I thought, "Oh, maybe they're having a bad day". The receptionists need to take a seminar or classes on customer service. Two times I asked to speak with their manager and was told she's in a "meeting". Maybe this can explain the lack of professionalism in this office if the manager is never around to supervise. Not once did I see a doctor but an APRN instead. While I have no problem with this, it leaves me to wonder if there IS a doctor there at all! The nurse was supposed to call me back with information within two days, of course I did not receive a phone call and after a week went to the location just to find out they hadn't done any of the paper work I needed so I had to wait an hour just for that. Hopefully they will fire all the receptionists ( who talked crap about all the "work" they are required to do now" ) and hire some people who are professional and happy to do their jobs.
