Mike did some work for someone I know. Wanting to be there for this elderly friend, I ended up waiting 5 hours for him to show, receiving conflicting reports/excuses of his where abouts from his receptionist/wife/friend. The second visit was made when I could not be there. I have tried to reach Mike on the phone with some questions about the repair to no avail. Talk about being blown off. I don't know what his problem is but I do not trust him and am considering contacting the Better Business Bureau.

Mike is a great guy. He was very courteous and extremely reasonable. Very good experience. Both him and his office staff are very nice people. Seems like a nice run family business. I was my pleasure to have done business with them.
